Flexible Packaging Products

Flexible packaging can be engineered for recyclable, retort, high-barrier, transparent, lightweight, and other functional requirements. Custom development can account for product characteristics, shelf-life targets, destination-market regulations, filling equipment, brand positioning, and logistics conditions. Available formats include laminated rollstock films, pre-made pouches, plastic raw films, recyclable raw materials, and high-barrier raw materials. Customization can cover format, dimensions, thickness, sealing method, zippers, spouts, easy-tear openings, hanging holes, and transparent windows. Blown films can use 5-layer or 7-layer co-extruded structures, including HDPE- and MDOPE-based materials. Film-casting capabilities include single-layer and multi-layer PP, PS, degradable materials, and co-extruded laminated films with EVOH- and PA-based structures. Retort packaging is available for applications requiring stable performance during sterilization at 121°C to 135°C and long-term storage.
